We don't claim to have up-to-date knowledge of every country's customs rules.

We'll work hard to avoid your package getting held up by wheeled-suitcase-loving bureaucrats. But we can't guarantee that you won't experience delays, or be charged duties or other fees.

Although we’ll do what we can to assist with any delays, we can't take any responsibility for dealing with your country’s customs service.
